Hidden away just off London Road, behind the Bridge Club and close to Tunbridge Wells train station, Tunbridge Wells Squash Rackets Club (TWSRC) is one of the town’s best-kept sporting secrets. A private members’ club with three well-maintained squash courts, a friendly bar, and free on-site parking, it’s a welcoming hub for both seasoned players and complete beginners.

The club offers squash, racketball, coaching and social activities throughout the year, with men’s and ladies’ teams competing across the North West Kent League – including the premier division. There’s also an outstanding Junior Academy, plus one-to-one coaching available for all levels.

Members can enjoy regular play via internal box leagues, friendly matches and a free monthly Club Night on the first Thursday of every month from 7pm – a great chance for new and prospective members to get on court and meet others.

The club also hosts a lively programme of tournaments and events, including the Juniors Bronze Open (November), the Graded Tournament (open to all amateur players), and the Tunbridge Wells Open (Pro Tournament) – a PSA Challenger 9 event featuring world-ranked players from around the globe.

Spectators are always welcome at these events – the bar is open, and tea, coffee and light refreshments are available throughout the day.
