I am an enthusiastic teacher and passionate about providing support needed in a motivating and inspiring manner so that each child is given the opportunity to achieve their best.
I have a BA(Hons) in Sociology from Durham, PGCE, MA in Primary Education and a level 5 Diploma in Dyslexia. Perhaps most importantly, I am a mother of a child with dyslexia and therefore I fully understand and appreciate the difficulties involved.
Whereas dyslexia is often thought of in terms of the difficulties and challenges the students face, I find it imperative to build on the strengths of each child to allow each individual to flourish.
Do please get in touch to discuss how I could help to support your child.
