Tunbridge Wells Soap Box Kart Race: this Saturday (22nd June 2024) in Dunorlan Park. Tickets are still available – but be quick! Here are three reasons why we’re excited about this fantastic family friendly event…

This is a collaborative post with Tunbridge Wells Soap Box Kart Race.

1. The Soapbox Stars is a locally run event

We believe passionately about supporting local businesses and putting our money back into the town. This event does just that and supports local charities Hospice in the Weald and Mental Health Resource along the way.

2. Fun for all the family

There will be live music and entertainment on the day. Tom Swift from EM Forster panto fame will be commentating, and he’s always brilliant. There will also be three waves of karts racing down the hill at Dunorlan, plus arts and crafts for the kids and plenty of food vendors. Which leads us on to…

3. Delicious food all day

There will be plenty of food on offer at TW Soapbox Kart Race, some of whom are local businesses too. Crumbs & Treacle will be there, who you might’ve seen at other foodie events locally, and the best Turkish in Tunbridge Wells from Zorba. There’s also Max’s Hut, which is a local business that sells doughnuts – yum!

Tickets for the day are currently £40 for a family of four, £16 for adults and £11 for children. Those aged 0-4 go for FREE!
