I’m well aware that December is still several months away, however tickets are selling fast for Father Christmas in Tunbridge Wells and with family calendars filling up so quickly these days (I know ours does!) booking a slot to go and visit the big man could be a good thing to tick off your list as early as possible!
Father Christmas will be welcoming visitors to his cosy log cabin set in the trees and snow next to The Ice Rink in Calverley Grounds, Tunbridge Wells and tickets are on sale now to see him between Saturday 3rd and Saturday 24th December 2016 on selected midweek and weekend dates.
Personalised family visits include meeting the friendly elves, spending a magical time talking to Father Christmas and receiving an age appropriate quality gift. Children will also get to write a letter while waiting to see Mr Claus and each family will also get a professionally mounted photograph to mark their special visit – a lovely way to remember a special day.
Why not make a festive family day out of it and go along to the open air ice-rink at Calverley Grounds which is back for it’s sixth successive year!? They will be hosting selected toddler sessions if your kids are a little younger like mine and there’s a magical atmosphere down there on a wintery December day. You can warm yourselves up with a hot chocolate and mince pie at the Ice Rink’s cafe afterwards too.
The mounted photograph, children’s gift and visit is included in the ticket price which is £12.50 for children. All adults pay £2.00 only and the under 1’s go for free.
