Bookings are now open for the Freckles & Fire Summer Club
Operating from the marvellous Manna on the High Street, Tunbridge Wells, Freckles & Fire workshops teach adults and children to make and create their own crafty things. They also run after school clubs at Manna, while monthly workshops are hosted at a delightful cafe in Rotherfield (The Courtyard) and seasonal workshops are in Perk & Pearl and The Daily Bread, Rusthall.
The Summer Club will be taking place in the Toc H Hall, just off the High Street in Tunbridge Wells. The first activity on the agenda will be jewellery making on Friday 7th July from 10 to 11.30am. The Summer Club workshops are suitable for children as young as five years old in some cases, with some of the more challenging workshops being for older kids- details on all of the workshops can be viewed here –Freckles and Fire Summer Club.
Just to give you a bit of background on Freckles & Fire – When living in London, Laura Parker, the wonderful woman behind Freckles & Fire, spent many mornings visiting the numerous creative cafes with friends, where she would get to chit chat and make something fabulous, further fuelling her love of craft.
A friend of Laura’s spotted her passion for crafting and teaching and suggested that she could transform her hobby into a business…….and thankfully for us Tunbridge Wells dwellers, Freckles & Fire was born!
Whether you are already crafting, would like to be more creative, would like a bit of inspiration or simply to bring a friend or kiddie along to make something lovely, Freckles & Fire will ensure the future is bright for all things creative in Tunbridge Wells.
The Freckles & Fire Summer Club is a great way of letting your children explore their creative sides.
