I have 15 years’ experience of successfully coaching a broad range of clients to achieve their health & fitness goals. My passion is in designing a training program that is challenging and produces results whilst being sustainable and fun; no matter where your starting point is, each client is unique and so is the way I train with you.
Having previously worked in high quality establishments in London, Edinburgh and Manchester, I recently moved to Royal Tunbridge Wells. I have set up my own private studio where I can train clients in a private space at a social distance. I can also come to you in person or train online for those further afield or time poor.
I have multiple advanced training qualifications gained over the years and use a range of techniques that will be most effective in keeping you on your toes whilst suiting your body and mood. Whether your goals are weight loss, body toning, strength, pre and post-natal fitness, beating your PB on Strava or just sleeping better and having more energy, I have a demonstrable record of success.
My latest qualification is in MOTR training, which is a fusion of resistance training and Pilates using the MOTR apparatus. This is a wonderful training methodology that improves core strength, flexibility and balance whilst being accessible to all.
