Alongside their incredible gelatos—featuring flavours such as raspberry pavlova, Black Forest gâteau, salted caramel rocky road brownie, and Bourbon—Sweet Fifteen is also a local favourite for its perfect pancakes. Located in the glorious Pantiles, it’s a top choice for indulgent treats!
Bill’s
This week only, indulge in the ultimate Pancake Day treat with Bill’s limited editions – Triple Biscoff® Pancakes or Hot Maple Chicken & Bacon Pancakes for just £9.95. Bottomless pancakes are on every Friday – just £5 (for 90 minutes of scoffing) with every drink ordered.
Daily Bread
The American style pancakes at Daily Bread in Rusthall are something to behold. My choice is with syrup and bacon….Look out for their insanely good Guinness cake while you’re there too. This place is dog friendly as well and if you have kids in tow, take them to Southwood Road Recreation Ground afterwards and thank me later!!
Creams Cafe
Creams Cafe in Tunbridge Wells has a big selection of pancakes on their menu, as well as shakes, waffles and cookies. And of course, heaps of ice cream. You can also get Creams on Uber Eats and Deliveroo!
Eggs Eleven
The sister sister restaurant to Sweet Fifteen, tuck into a delicious stack of pancakes at Eggs Eleven on The Pantiles. They serve them with bacon and maple syrup, or fruit compote. This is a year-round menu item, too.
Basil
Another fabulous independently owned cafe in Tunbridge Wells. There are two branches of Basil in our wonderful town. One on Lime Hill Road, just behind Pret and one on St John’s Road. Both serve amazing pancakes, apparently, including a vegan option.
Kochi
Kochi opened recently at Royal Victoria Place in Tunbridge Wells (opposite Clintons) and has been receiving rave reviews so far. Drop in and try these light and fluffy Japanese style pancakes and let us know what you think?
