Wondering where to Pick your Own in Kent & East Sussex?
Strawberry picking is in full swing at many of our local farms. Pick Your Own in Kent and East Sussex is a great outdoor alternative for families around Tunbridge Wells as well as some fantastic walks and bike rides which we have written about too. The farms have social distancing guidelines in place and nearly all of them are open now but please do check with the farm before visiting to ensure it is open and that it has the fruit that you are planning to pick!
I did some asking around last year for the best ‘pick your own’ in Kent and East Sussex (near to Tunbridge Wells) and had lots of recommendations from local Mums and Dads – thank you to everyone who contributed!
Please note that a lot of the local PYO farms have put social distancing measures in place again this season and you will need to book ahead for some of them. More info can be found via their websites…
Top Tip: A lot of the farms update their Facebook pages with info about which fruit ‘pickable’ during that week, so it is worth having a look before your visit…
