Designed for the Way We Work Today

Whether you’re tired of working from the kitchen table, looking to move your growing business into its first office, or simply want to surround yourself with like-minded professionals, Projects aims to create a workspace that feels both inspiring and practical.

The new Tunbridge Wells location will include:

  • Private offices for teams of 3 to 100 people
  • Flexible coworking memberships
  • Dedicated desks
  • Fully equipped plug and go meeting rooms
  • A stretch studio hosting yoga and Pilates classes
  • A curated programme of community events and gatherings

Rather than simply providing office space, Projects hopes to create a welcoming environment where people can connect, collaborate and thrive.

“A Place That Feels Welcoming, Inspiring and Genuinely Useful”

Speaking about the new opening, Alex Young, Managing Director at Projects, said:

“We’re incredibly excited to be opening in Tunbridge Wells and to become part of the community here. This is a town with such a strong sense of identity, and from the beginning we felt there was a real alignment with how we think about workspace – thoughtful, design-led and centred around people.

“For us, this is not just about opening a new building. It is about creating a place that feels welcoming, inspiring and genuinely useful to the businesses and individuals who choose to base themselves here. We care deeply about how people experience our spaces, from the design and atmosphere to the sense of connection they feel when they walk through the door.

“We’re proud of what we’ve built in Brighton, and we’re very excited to bring that same level of quality, warmth and community to Tunbridge Wells in a way that feels right for the town.”
