Find out more about the Emotion Pets Cry Pets Puppy…

Does your child like pretending to feed their teddies or dollies? My little girl loves doing it so I was hoping the Emotion Pets ‘Cry pets Puppy’ would be an ideal toy for her.

The Cry Pets Puppies show real emotions! By feeding it a bottle with water and then squeezing its left paw, the puppy will actually cry. Real tears! Strange but true…

My little girl loved feeding her puppy baby with the bottle and when its big adorable big eyes fill with tears, she just had to give it some extra cuddles!

The Cry Pets Puppies are really soft and very sweet. They come with a little towel and a plastic bottle which can be filled easily with water. Children can take their puppy with them wherever they go, and watch as he shows his emotions. It’s great to encouraging imaginative play and emotional development as well as teaching empathy and compassion.

What did we think of the Emotion Pets Cry Pets Puppy?

I’m going to be completely honest and say that this isn’t my favourite toy. However it isn’t me that was testing it really – it was my daughter and son!

At the moment my daughter really loves to care for her toys. She enjoys playing with her teddies, reborn baby girl dolls and sylvanian family creatures so I was hoping this would be right up her street.

My daughter loves wiping the puppy’s eyes with the little blanket that comes with it and my 5 year old son thinks the water coming out of the pup’s eyes is ‘cool’.

It does mean you get a few wet patches around the room, but at least it doesn’t stain. My daughter is also happy enough ‘feeding’ the puppy ‘milk’ without anything in the bottle, so to be honest, I think most of the time it will be used in this way.

The product itself is a good quality toy and the puppy itself is nice and soft.
