Ad – This is a collaborative post but as always, all thoughts are my own.
I don’t know about you but lockdown has not been good for my waistline! It started off well thanks to our long daily walks while carrying a two year old in a backpack but as winter hit, I just found it more difficult to eat sensibly.
However I’m now back on track, trying to eat healthily as much as possible and trying to have things in moderation. That’s where the low carb (keto) Deliciously Guilt Free products come in….
What is Deliciously Guilt Free?
Deliciously Guilt Free is an independent online bakery selling indulgent, low carb keto treats. They are for anyone who loves cake but also wants to put low sugar, healthy, wholesome food in their body!
We tried the ‘The Favourites’ which is a mixed box of the bestsellers including the following items
- 2 x Blueberry and lemon drizzle cake – 2g net carbs per cake
- 2 x Peanut Butter Brownie – 2.95g net carbs per brownie
- 2x Salted caramel blondie – 1.1g net carbs per blondie
- 2x Chocolate fudge brownie – 1.4g net carbs per brownie
Ordering the items…
All you need to do is select the items you would like and the Deliciously Guilt Free treats will be delivered in a box through your letterbox approximately 1-5 days later. It couldn’t be easier!
What were my initial thoughts?
The cakes came packaged in a slimline cardboard box in individual wrappings. They need to be kept in the fridge ideally and usually need to be eaten within a week. Not a problem for me!
I went straight in for the salted caramel blondie first and oh my goodness, what a flavour!! It felt soft and rich and sort of melty! It is very ‘moreish’.
The brownies go well with some chopped up strawberries and a little drizzle of cream. One brownie can go a long way if you do this and it makes it feel like a proper sized pudding rather than a snack.
Chocolate Fudge brownie was my second favourite flavour and considering the ingredients and the calories, this would easily rival some of the sugar-laden brownies which I have been trying to avoid. It was moist and flavoursome and definitely didn’t taste guilt free!
The Blueberry and Lemon Drizzle cake had a more subtle flavour to it but still delicious and although my husband liked the peanut butter brownie, it just didn’t really do it for me. It felt a little drier than the others and not quite as sweet.
But all in all, this was a wonderful box of delights to try and rather than eating them all in one sitting, I did just have one each day. I think this may have been easier as they are individually wrapped?

There are plenty of other flavours to choose from too, such as Strawberries and Cream Blondies, Millionaire’s Shortbread and Chocolate Orange Brownies.
They can be purchased online by the box (usually 8 in each with the exception of the millionaire’s shortcake which has 6) and are also stocked at Frankie’s Farmshop in Staplehurst.
They would make a lovely gift for someone or a treat for yourself. You deserve it!
