If you’ve been following My Tunbridge Wells for a while, you’ll already know how much I adore The Spa Hotel in Tunbridge Wells. That’s why I was thrilled to read on Kent Live that this April will see the unveiling of a stunning new spa and wellness suite at the hotel! At last, The Spa Hotel will truly embody its name – and then some!
Over the years, The Spa Hotel has become one of my favourite Tunbridge Wells hotels. From savouring their delectable afternoon teas to celebrating milestones like a 70th birthday or baby shower – or even setting up my laptop in the lovely lobby for a productive work session – this elegant and welcoming hotel holds countless special memories for me. Now, with this exciting development, The Spa Hotel is set to become even more fabulous!
Elevating Tunbridge Wells to new heights
With its historic connection of being a ‘spa town,’ Tunbridge Wells has long been known as a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. Yet, surprisingly, the town has been somewhat lacking in truly luxurious water-based wellness experiences. While we’ve compiled a round-up of our favourite spas in Kent, The Spa Hotel hadn’t featured – until now!
The new wellness suite will feature a hydro pool, cold plunge pool, hot spa, sauna, steam room, ice fountain, drench bucket, experience showers, and a relaxation room complete with a drinks station. Whether you’re a hotel guest, a health club member, or treating yourself to a day of pampering, these top-tier facilities promise to deliver an indulgent escape like no other.
