Looking for Summer Holiday Clubs in Tunbridge Wells which are definitely taking place this year?
Let’s face it, this Summer is looking extremely different for many of us and in a lot of ways, I can’t believe we are only just at the beginning of the holidays! There are still plenty of Summer Holiday Clubs in Tunbridge Wells taking place, as well as one-off classes and Summer Camps.
I think there’s something for everyone on here! Please note, I have tried to keep this info as up-to-date as possible but please do check exact details with each provider. Good luck!
♥ Arty Farty Retreat in Southborough is re-opening on 1st August with some fabulous sessions over the summer for both kids and adults. Including Clay Camp, Creative Therapy, Family Crafternoons. Find out more about their exclusive online community here too.
♥ Bore Place, a non-profit organisation near Chiddingstone, which focuses on getting children to reconnect with nature and learn outdoors, has an exciting line-up of Summer Holiday Clubs on offer this August. From ‘Bore Place Bake-Off’ to ‘Get Crafty’ and ‘Way of the Woodsman’ (plus more!) there are lots of activities to choose from. These are drop off sessions where the children stay for the whole day.
♥ Bowles Outdoor Centre in Eridge have created a new Adventure Week for kids just leaving years 5, 6 and 7. In the five days they’ll get to take part in all the great Bowles activities – rock climbing, skiing, ropes courses, archery, bushcraft and loads, loads more. They have come up with this clever idea as a result of requests from parents wanting to replace their children’s missed summer residential.
♥ Camp Beaumont are running an activity programme at Kent College in Pembury this Summer from 20th July to 21st August. For children from age 3 to 16, there’s a range of activities for everyone – including craft a new creation in clay, break a sweat with sports and games, relax and unwind with yoga, or get connected with our brand new vlogging or tech DJ activities.

♥ Creatables Holiday Workshops will be available in person for up to 15 children per session this Summer. More info coming soon!
♥ First Class Football are running sessions on various dates in July and August at St John’s Primary School. In addition to football, kids will get to experience lots of other sports too including rugby, netball, basketball, tennis, cricket, rounders, hockey, athletics and more! Space are very limited (and some are sold out) so you’ll need to get in touch with them asap if you are interested in a place for your child.

♥ Harlequin Out of School Club in Southborough is planning to open their summer holiday clubs from 13th July to 4th September for children age 3+. They are running forest school sessions in their local private woodland on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week too. Contact email@example.com or take a look at their website for more information.
♥ Holmewood House Holiday activities are designed to welcome children together from both Holmewood House Prep School and children from the wider community to enjoy new experiences, make new friends and ultimately to have fun.
With a dedicated team of staff who work to ensure that the courses are organised to the highest possible standard, parents can be assured that their children will be well cared for and will enjoy learning new skills and the overall experiences that are on offer for 5-13 year olds. ♥ Hubbub Out of School Club at Temple Grove Academy have just confirmed that they’ll be running this Summer. They are taking provisional bookings now. Look out for more details coming soon!
♥ Jarrett Tennis School have a summer tennis camp taking place this August at St John’s Tennis Club from 10th to 14th August. The sessions for age 12 and under are from 9am to 12pm and for teens, it’s from 12 to 3pm. To make a booking and to find out more, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
♥ Les Puces have just launched the next module in their French Online Learning Programme taking students all the way through to 2nd September. This bespoke language learning method is suitable for children from 3 to 11 years old and is an exciting opportunity for them to unlock a trove of online learning videos, worksheets, games, karaoke, songs and storytelling. As well as receiving an exciting parcel with a bilingual book, project and worksheets in the post.
The Les Puces language learning method which was created by Mandie Davis (who happens to be a Tunbridge Wells Mum) in 2015 is launching a French Online Learning programme this week for 3 to 11 year olds!

♥ Little Forest Ponies in Cowden have a range of holiday fun this Summer from 3 day holiday camps to Pony Fun Days for 5 to 12 year olds who are confident and happy to be leftat the stables without their parents. Ranging from 14th July to 3rd September, exact dates can be viewed HERE. Tiny Tots sessions are running too on 16th and 30th August from 11am to 1pm (ages 2 and a half to 5 years). Plus Little Forest Ponies are offering birthday parties too.
♥ MSporti at St James Primary School and St Greg’s Secondary School. Suitable for 5-12 year old, these popular summer camps are running this summer though spaces are limited. Children get to take part in fun active games and activities, specifically chosen to turn up the fun whilst giving them the chance to learn new skills, make friends and build confidence.

♥ Pennies Nursery in Mark Cross will be running their popular Summer holiday club for children up to the age of 8. Drop-off is from 7.30am and children can stay until 6.15pm. A typical week usually includes visit days, arts and craft activities, games, and occasional special workshops.
♥ Play ‘n Grow Holiday Club is based at Holden Park Pre-school in Southborough for children aged 2-11 years. They offer themed craft activities, cookery sessions, outdoor adventure, fun and games as well as awesome trips out.
Something a bit different?
♥ Swim Fusion Mermaids Kent will be running some Mermaid experiences for siblings or 1:2:1’s as soon as the pools are open. More info coming soon!
♥ St. George’s Summer Holiday Club is for children aged 4-11 years old. They will be offering sessions this Summer and people can register their interest for them now. The kids can enjoy the large garden with plenty of games, a large wood cabin, vegetable plot, role-play areas and so much more!
