People usually use avocado as an ingredient for a paste that is used to be applied on the scalp and hair. There mainly only two ingredients for an avocado rub and these are olive oil and the avocado fruit. Here’s how to make an avocado rub:

  1. Get a bowl and put 1 tbsp of olive oil then combine one avocado fruit.
  2. Crush the fruit properly then mix
  3. Apply avocado and olive oil mixture on the hair and scalp. You can also massage your scalp while you’re at it. This also helps boost healthy hair growth.
  4. Leave the mixture on for 30 minutes.
  5. Rinse properly with shampoo

Castor Oil

Castor oil is quite popular to the younger generation, especially after a lot of people found out its hair growth effects. This oil treatment is mostly used on the eyelashes, brows, and beard. But, some people also use it on the scalp where they can see small bald patches. Using castor oil is very simple. What to do with this treatment is to rub the oil on your hair and over the scalp until it is fully coated. Wait for about 30 minutes then you can rinse it off.

Olive oil

Like what we’ve mentioned in aloe gel, olive oil is an effective home remedy for mild hair thinning. Here’s what you should do:

  1. Pour some amount of olive oil in a bowl and heat in the microwave until warm.
  2. Apply on the scalp and massage thoroughly. Make sure the oil isn’t very hot.
  3. Leave on hair for 45 mins then rinse with a mild shampoo.
