♥ We enjoyed a fun family walk recently on the Penshurst Place Circular. We parked at Penshurst Place (free parking) and followed the 4.5km route. There are lots of picturesque views of the stately home and gardens, and it takes just over an hour, perfect for some fresh air when its cold. This is definately a welly-walk at this time of year, it was very muddy, but this made it fun for the kids, and the promise of a hot chocolate from the Porcupine Pantry cafe kept them going! There is a great village pub within walking distance too called The Leicester Arms.
