The Royal Tunbridge Wells Christmas Kick Off takes place all day on Saturday 15th November, bringing festive fun to the town centre. From 10am–5pm, a Festive Fair will pedestrianise part of Mount Pleasant (outside Civic Way / The Amelia), with a community performance stage, market stalls and fairground attractions for all ages to enjoy.

From 5pm, Christmas will be officially launched with the free Singalong Santa Parade. Thanks to the team at TW Round Table, Santa will be joining in along with local singers and panto characters, leading everyone in a lively singalong of favourite carols as the parade tours around the town.

This year also sees the exciting arrival of a new festive attraction – ‘Rudolph’s Runner’, a magical land train that will spend Christmas in Tunbridge Wells. The experience takes passengers on a fun-filled adventure through some of the town’s special spots and parks, helping Rudolph find his missing reindeers along the way. Tickets will be available to book on selected dates and times throughout the festive season.

At the end of the parade, around 6.45pm, the celebrations continue with a fireworks display on Camden Road, which will be closed for the evening to host an After Party featuring live music, bauble bingo with free prizes, and a buzzing street party atmosphere with local businesses serving festive food and drinks until 10pm.
