The Daisy Foundation’s unique all-inclusive parent preparation course focuses on both birth preparation and practical baby care – combining antenatal and active birth education with movement, breath work and relaxation.
Taking place at Manna Community Space in central Tunbridge Wells on Saturday 30th June and 7th July from 10am to 4.30pm, you’ll get to try out practical baby care alongside unbiased and up to date education on parenting choices, safety and baby calming techniques – allowing you to feel prepared not only for birth but for the arrival and care of baby too, as well as knowing what to expect for yourself after birth too.
This 12-hour course for expectant parents is equally divided between birth preparation and practical baby care, with the first day being devoted to labour and birth, and the second is all about baby and what to expect postnatally.
Space permitting, it is possible to attend just one of the days if you prefer at a cost of £115 (contact me to book: anna-hayes@thedaisyfoundation.com). Click HERE to see an exact breakdown of what each day involved.
Courses are for mums and their birth partners and are ideally suited from 30 weeks. There will be comfort breaks with light refreshments provided, and a break for lunch. You can purchase lunch at Manna cafe on site, as well as many other options within a few metres walk!
