The next term of the Daisy Foundation’s Daisy Wrigglers and Daisy Tinies classes at Christ Church, Tunbridge Wells begins on Monday 29th October, as well as the Hawkhurst sessions starting on Wednesday 31st October. Find out more about them below…

Daisy Baby™ Positive touch and movement for mum and baby:

Wrigglers classes are a colourful, bright and lively baby yoga based class, linking movement with story-telling, rhyme and gentle multi-sensory discovery. Gently building foundation skills. Most suitable from 4-5 months to actively crawling. 

Tinies classes, suitable from around 6 weeks, will take you on a relaxing journey through soothing full body baby massage routines, simple baby reflexology and gentle first-step baby yoga. Learn calming techniques and magic holds, and feel nurtured yourself in a class that focuses on both you and baby. From 6 weeks to 4-5 months.

Classes are welcoming of all parenting choices and are baby-led so you don’t need to worry about your baby crying, needing feeding, changing or cuddles!
