Eric and Ern, the new show from Olivier Award-nominated comedy duo Ian Ashpitel and Jonty Stephens, arrives at Trinity Theatre as part of a nationwide tour celebrating the centenaries of comedy legends Eric Morecambe and Ernie Wise.
Created by the team behind the acclaimed West End hit Eric & Little Ern, this affectionate tribute takes audiences back to the golden age of British television, when millions tuned in to watch Morecambe and Wise’s legendary Christmas specials.
Featuring classic sketches, favourite songs and some of the pair’s most memorable routines, the show lovingly recreates the magic that made Eric and Ern household names. Expect plenty of laughs, nostalgia and a special musical guest along the way.
Suitable for audiences aged 8 to 80, Eric and Ern is a must-see celebration of one of Britain’s best-loved comedy double acts.
