Fosse Bank is a small independent, co-educational school for children aged 2 – 11 years.
At Fosse Bank, we take pride in providing our children with a broad and demanding school life where expectations from both staff and parents are high. But we also nurture our children and instil in them a respect for all, along with impeccable behaviour and a love of learning.
Children enjoy an extensive curriculum including specialist teaching in French, Music, PE and weekly swimming lessons in our on-site swimming pool. All our children, including our Little Fosse Nursery, benefit from exploring our 26-acres of grounds and woodlands under the responsibility of our dedicated forest school teaching staff. There’s something special about popping corn over an open fire, toasting muffins and drinking hot chocolate on a cold winter’s day!
With many parents choosing independent primary schools for their smaller class sizes and preparation for grammar school, Fosse Bank has a maximum class size of 18. We are very proud of the percentage pass rate (between four and five times the Kent average) that Fosse Bank pupils achieve, but also that every child ends up at the right school for that individual.
Don’t just take our word for it…
A friendly and warm academic school. Children flourish as confident happy individuals, encouraged by nurturing and kind staff. Can’t recommend highly enough! Current Parent
