Overflowing with artisan Spanish produce from 100% Ibérico jamón (ham!) and artisan cheeses to early-harvest olive oils and hand-selected wines, Zerdo brings an irresistible taste of the Mediterranean right to our doorstep.
If you’re looking for truly special ingredients or gifts, this is the place to go. As well as the sensational selection of cheeses, Ibérico jamón and olive oils, Zerdo features Mediterranean preserves, raw honey, gourmet sweet treats that will make any food lover swoon. Every product has been curated by owner Bogdan, who has a real passion for quality and is brilliant at recommending something new to try. And ahead of Christmas, they have some gorgeous hampers to choose from (or you can get one made up too).
Alongside the fabulous foodie gifts, Zerdo is also a lovely spot to grab a bite. Their £10 lunch deal is excellent value and includes any freshly made baguette with your choice of filling plus a good coffee. Bogdan slices the jamón by hand in front of you, which adds a little moment of theatre to your visit, and there are often samples available so you can taste before you buy. It really is sunshine in deli form.
Zerdo also offers bespoke catering, from beautifully arranged cheese and charcuterie platters to hand-carved Jamón Ibérico for parties, business meetings and celebrations. If you’re planning festive entertaining, it’s well worth popping in to chat through what they can create.
