Time to try something new around Tunbridge Wells? Here are five ideas for things to do during the week plus several super events coming up over the coming weeks and months! Have fun…
#1 Free Tea Tuesday at Langton Pavilion Cafe
The lovely Langton Pavilion Cafe has extended its opening hours so it’s now open from Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. This is a charming and incredibly child friendly venue with an amazing play area for the little ones to keep themselves occupied and a section for young babies to enjoy while the adults get on with some important chatting.
There are some lovely homemade cakes, biscuits and snacks as well as soup and sandwiches if you fancy having some lunch. Visitors can park for free at the Langton Village Hall carpark and on Tuesdays, there’s a free pot of tea with every purchase of a sweet treat. Win-win all round…
#3 A visit to The Bluebell Woods at Pepenbury

If you are looking for something to do with your little one during the week near Tunbridge Wells, then I can highly recommend a visit to Pepenbury – a venue which provides high quality care and support for adults with a learning disability.
The Bluebell Woods at Pepenbury are open to the public and families can enjoy the beautiful picnic area in the middle of the woods, a wooden play area with huts, swings and a maize and visit the small animal farm on site too. It’s buggy friendly and there’s also a cafe which has an enclosed area with ride-ons for the kids too. Read more about our visit to Pepenbury HERE.
